The best platform to engage your customers is the one where your customers already are. If you don’t have customers yet, then go to where your competitors are.

What do they spend their time doing and enjoying? With a few high-level questions answered, start digging for ways to take your brand to them and enhance their various experiences. Skip the product-heavy messaging and double down on what makes things better around where your customer hangs out.
